Abasaleh Avand studied pharmacy at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. He started his career as a pharmacist at Fasa University of medical Sciences at Valie-Asr Hospital. Then, he went on to open his own pharmacy. This experience triggered him to co-found in Trial-Match. He is very interested in all parts of drug distribution and regualtion. He has more than six years work experience in this field.

Abasaleh Avand is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within an organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, the CCO is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations
